1. Introduction

At Purple LLC, operating as Meg’s Publishing Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services, including book outlining, keyword research, ghostwriting, editing, and coaching. Your satisfaction is paramount, and this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided.

2. General Refund Eligibility

  • Full Refund Within 7 Days: You may request a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided no deliverables have been fully accepted.

  • Service-Specific Delivery Guarantee: Each service has a guaranteed delivery timeframe. If we fail to meet this, you are entitled to a partial refund as specified below, while retaining any completed work.

3. Refund Request Procedure

To initiate a refund:

  • Email: Send a request to care@megspublishingservices.com with your order number, service name, and "Refund Request" in the subject line.

  • Include: Your full name, email used for purchase, and a brief explanation (required for post-delivery or partial refunds).

  • Processing: We will verify your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Timeframes & Conditions

  • Within 7 Days: Eligible for a full refund if no deliverables have been fully accepted.

  • 8 to 30 Days: If unsatisfied after receiving deliverables, you may request one free revision. If still unsatisfied, a partial refund of up to 50% may be granted.

  • Beyond 30 Days: Refunds are not provided, except in cases of non-delivery or breach of contract.

  • Annual Limit: One full refund per customer per 12-month period. Additional requests are subject to management discretion.

5. Service-Specific Delivery Guarantees

  • Outline Creation: Delivered within 3 business days post-intake form submission. If delayed, receive a $50 refund and retain the outline.

  • Keyword Research: Delivered within 5 business days. If delayed, receive a 25% refund and retain the report.

  • Ghostwriting Packages: First draft delivered within the agreed timeline (e.g., 8–10 weeks). For each week delayed, receive a 5% refund, up to 25%.

  • Editing & Coaching Services: Delivered as per the service agreement. If delayed, receive a 10% refund upon request.

6. Bundled or Multi-Service Purchases

  • Proportional Refunds: For bundled services, refunds are calculated based on individual service prices.

  • Complete Cancellation: Cancel the entire bundle within 7 days for a full refund, provided no deliverables have been fully accepted.

7. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Expired Window: Requests made after 30 days of purchase.

  • Accepted Deliverables: Deliverables accepted without requesting revisions.

  • Policy Violations: Breach of service agreement terms.

  • Fraudulent Activity: Evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy.

  • Digital Downloads: Once digital resources are downloaded or live sessions commenced, those components are non-refundable.

  • Subjective Dissatisfaction: Refunds are not granted based on personal preferences or opinions regarding quality, as long as deliverables match the described function.

8. Chargebacks & Dispute Resolution

  • Open Communication: Contact us at care@megspublishingservices.com before initiating a chargeback.

  • Dispute Handling: If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, we reserve the right to contest it with evidence of service delivery and adherence to this policy.

  • Partial Compensation: In justified cases, we may offer credit toward future services instead of a direct refund.

9. Escalation Process

If unresolved, escalate by emailing care@megspublishingservices.com with the subject "Escalation Notice" and include all relevant correspondence. We will respond within 5 business days.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. The current version is always available at megspublishingservices.com/refund-policy. Changes apply only to purchases made after the updated policy's effective date.
